For all made to order lampshades & cushions
If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order or make any alterations please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing your order, after this period your order will be in the process of being made and will not be able to offer changes or refunds due to item manufacturing costs
Bespoke, 'personalised' or 'made to your specification' Returns & refunds policy
IMPORTANT: All Original Eclectic lampshades and cushions online are 'bespoke' 'made to order' or 'made to your specification' these items are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty, wrong item or received damaged as within Distance selling regulations & Consumer contract regulations. It will be at our discretion should any returns, refunds, credit notes be given under special circumstances, all shipping costs are met by the customer
'Non made to order items' Returns & refunds policy
Under the Distance selling regulations & UK Consumer contract regulations, you have the right to cancel your order once an order has been placed online & have seven working days after you receive the item, any returns should be returned back to us within 14 working days from receiving the item, all items to be returned in original packaging and unused condition under the Distance selling regulations & UK Consumer contract regulations, all return shipping costs to be met by the customer
PLEASE NOTE: All our lampshades & cushions are 'bespoke' 'made to order' or 'made to your specification' and are non returnable
Change of mind returns are non refundable
IMPORTANT: as we carefully make these items to order we offer a free fabric & lining sample service to help with decision making and colour choices due computer, phone and tablet screens reproducing colours differently
Please measure your space carefully and make sure you have the correct size shade, all are items have been made to order using your specifications and non refundable due to size, please get in touch if you need advice with sizing
If your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 24hrs with damage or fault details, please forward any photos of the damage to box/shade (one photo with shipping label if possible for insurance) no refunds will be given but a replacement will be sent ASAP.
The customer is strictly required to examine the goods at the point of delivery and sign 'received in good condition' if this is not possible please sign for stating 'unchecked', if the package/item is damaged please refuse delivery and we will replace with another
If any returns are agreed with us on 'bespoke' items, all shipping costs are to be met by customer. We recommend customers to use Parcelforce or similar on 24hr with insurance for returns. Any items damaged or lost in return transit is the responsibility of the customer and Original Eclectic will not be liable for any costs incurred as a result of this, this will be up to the customer to make a claim with the couriers they have used
It's the customers responsibility to insure items are carefully packed as in the way they were shipped to you, item returns must be in their original state and packaging, if not, no refund will be given
If a return or refunds are agreed with us on any bespoke orders it will incur a surcharge of 30% of the total costs to help cover original shipping, packaging and manufacturing costs
Any lampshades or cushions on our sales or clearance page are strictly no returns or refunds given unless they arrive faulty or damaged
We 'Original Eclectic' reserve the right to cancel any order placed on our website
